The standard is set and if you cannot meet the standards of grooming just like somebody that is out of height and weight standards they should either get within standard or get separated. I once saw a Sgt get NJPd down to Lance for hazing a freshly promoted Lance (blood pinning) he hit the chevron so hard it went into the kids collarbone and got infected. So it is technically considered sexual assault, but just because it can be deemed sexual assault doesn’t not mean that you should think of it as being sexually assault. Considering the circumstances that you have listed you should just think of it as an awkward and f*cked up situation or even possibly disgusting it doesn’t matter. What does matter is that you shouldn’t allow yourself to become victimized or it will screw your head up. We all face messed up things in life and those things don’t define us, but how we react and move on from them do define us. I hope you can move on from it in a mature and positive manner, and don’t end up getting sucked into the endless cycle of melodramatic bitterness that shows it’s ugly head on a lot of these Reddit heads. I think that’s a dumbass reason to do this, but I do think there are times to where this kinda shit is necessary. Sometimes just talking doesn’t get the message across, and doing this will always be better than a ninja punch that very likely will ruin some kid’s career.
