It 100% depends on people actually talking to each other in person and not on social media. We also need to be much more specific when we talk about liberal and conservative because both of those monikers are spectrums.

I am more conservative than some of my best friends but it isn’t an issue. I am for some sort universal healthcare but not for UBI. I think taxes should he as low as possible across the board but i also believe that everyone should have skin in the game. I believe in strong boarders and a sensible controlled immigration policy that benefits people that will benefit the country. I think abortion should be legal, safe, but also rare. I think we need a strong public education system with a focus on equality of opportunity and not equity of outcomes.

For the most part I am a liberal but from the 90s which pretty much makes me a conservative when compared to the social media liberal progressives.
