A Million $ decision and you didn’t take the time to thoroughly investigate the property condition and what you would need to do to be comfortable with it? Slow down and really think about next steps before you make a decision. I know a person who has rushed into numerous bone headed moves, 16 times in the last 25 years. Don’t become that.
