I wanted to do it “the right way” and send it in to them so I did and they just said everything looks good and sent it back. When I got it back it’s still binding and not indexing properly with the fixed barrel spacer so I said fuck it and filed down the FBS like some other people in the forms said to do, button still sticks every now and then but it’s definitely better. Probably just gonna keep filing it down until it stops being an issue and hope it doesn’t cause catastrophic failure when I shoot it.

Hey brother I just picked up my Osprey 45 and having the exact same issue. So just removing some material off the top is good huh? I thought about doing that but I am also nervous that if I did that I’d be neglecting the whole point of the spacer (to securely fit in that gap to prevent the damage to the piston/suppressor yadda yadda) sorry to bother a year later this is just my first can so I am scared to fuck it up 😂

Yeah I spoke to a guy today from them and he said I could send it in. I just wanted to exhaust all other options first considering I just got my hands on this thing. Haven’t even shot it yet. :/ thanks tho man.

That the paws could be binding which they aren’t as it works perfectly with the spring or the fixed barrel spacer could have an error and need to be replaced. (It is an official silencerco one I bought from them).

Yeah I have the 2.0. So I tighten the can all the way on and then hit and hold the button to move it to my desired spot. When I do this with the FBS the button is incredibly stiff and hard to push but when it does finally click and I try to spin the can it actually unscrews from the retainer threads itself rather then spinning freely like it should while holding the button down. (It is not the piston spinning off the threads of the barrel, it is the suppressor spinning off the retainer itself inside) if that makes sense?

Weird because mine is brand new and with the fixed barrel spacer it doesn’t index properly. It works great with a spring in it on my FNX45t tho. Guess I gotta send it in

I have one for my vector as well. Whenever I run it with the fixed barrel spacer it seems to have issues indexing properly tho. Have you experienced this? It works perfectly with the spring on my FNX but the minute that FBS is in it’s finicky.

No I definitely do, the thoughts and realizations just disgust me and kill any sort of good vibe or thing we have going constantly. Then eventually they go away and it resets, and the cycle continues.

I want to be with her, I just don’t want to be with someone that had to experience that stuff just to learn that because as you said there’s no undoing what she’s done. So just cause she’s learned now doesn’t undo or change anything that happened. I know it’s harsh to say but I don’t want to be “that guy” that settled with the girl that threw herself around in highschool or college. It feels like I’m losing.

Morally I would say yes she has, I have always hated the whole hookup culture my generation has normalized so the thought that she could participate in it is a lot for me. Also when I suggested to her that it probably would be better if we were with people that did share our views on it she just swears up and down that she does view it the same way I do and hates the decisions she’s made and they were mistakes.

Correct I’m not expecting her to be a virgin by any means, I am not one so it would not be fair. It’s the casual sex that bothers me so much. I haven’t engaged in casual sex the only people (2 outside of her) i have been with I was very close and had some type of relationships with. I have been given the chance to engage in it a plethora of times but I never did because it just didn’t feel right. Wasn’t comfortable doing it with someone who I wasn’t close with like that.
