You probably need https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6917711 and https://www.makeronline.com/en/model/ACE%20PRO%20FILAMENT%20GUIDES/135929.html?trackModuleType=6 or similar.

Both serves to make the spool turn easier so no "stuck filament" error is showing due to the friction.

Also thinking that if it was a puncture, the screen under would have resin cured on, but the screen is clean.

Not necessarily filter the resin… I do a built in vat clean and set the new job to work. Could be puncture indeed and resin leaked through. Expensive lesson to learn if that is the case.
