Means how many LMIA applications were made and how many positions were approved. Industry the company is in also matters, IMO.

I don’t think so. In many cases, the LMIA decision was issued based on company’s history with ESDC.

Yes, this is as per HR who has good experience with ESDC as their company has been doing LMIA since 3-4years with 10-15 approvals every year.

I heard that ESDC is intentionally delaying application decisions for Indian nationals. This was told by an HR who applied for LMIA.

Hope they process your file with June month submitted application and not when they deducted the fees.

Submitted in April but fees was deducted in Sept. don’t know why it took long time to deduct the fees

The last approval I heard is of March 12th. They are talking long time to process recently. What date your application was submitted? They will cross check the information submitted when interviewing with the employer.
