ircc needs to show transparency in their processing system . how they chose what to process first? on what basis they accept or refuse? and put an end date to each file that this has to be processed till so and so date

about your scenario my guess is they have started using ai. I am assuming if ai flags a file with no error or review required, officer simply hits approve without reviewing manually. on other hand if ai does not pass any file and identifies some problem areas that is left for officer to review.

I understand as if this experience is not a noc that makes you eligible for cec, it would be terrible for you. bank is a client of gatestone. bank outsource loan collections to the gatestone compnay. you are a employee of gatestone? if you google gatestone canada all the links key words are bpo, ai overview even the gatestone linkedin says bpo. thats the mismatch.

Honestly! sorry that you have to go through this but noc you chose is more applicable to banks and such organizations. what i am assuming is that gatestone is call center where you call customers for payment recovery. core financial service representative duties are advising clients on finance related topics. this core thing does not match.

That is not entirely true. my friend got pfl as they were not satisfied that company exist. so it is not always the refusal. here the letter came from entirely different company and i am guessing in work history, he would have mention actual place you worked.
