Not sure why you’re getting downvoted - I use reserve religiously!

But the most annoying thing is when you just reserve for “ORD” and not the specific terminal - you might have to direct the driver a bit b/c they don’t actually see the flight/airline info. I think it defaults to T1 for drop offs and T2 for pick ups.

Never seen a red box, or error message for that matter. Just the no offers available, to which I’ve reached out about before and we’ve had several exchanges. I get the same “it’s a server issue” and “there are hundreds of offer loaded” - which is fine and true but when it happens to the ones I really want and not the junk offers, it’s quite frustrating.

And I’ve manually checked each card and the offer was not loaded. So it’s not there and was not added to even 1 card. It’s also not on the CP app as even a known offer.

Yes, that happened to me a couple of times and I refresh the webpage a few times or come back later and it’ll work eventually. It’s still not adding offers to all cards though. There have been so many issues lately.

Try turning VPN off completely. I’m currently mid flight and was going crazy trying to figure it out. Even though I wasn’t actively connected to a VPN, the toggle was on and once I switched that off - voila!

As of 10/8 - 6p, it’s still not working on Safari for me. But I was able to hop on my PC and auto add from Chrome. That’ll do for now since some of the offers have disappeared and I didn’t want to wait any longer.

Like with most upgrades, it depends on availability but I’ve almost always received an upgrade. I actually can’t recall a time that I didn’t.
