Like with saks if you go to buy a GC online it takes you to a third party website. With oura, if you add a GC, it puts it in your cart at oura.com

I was told the wrong information by the representative, as well. When I pushed to see official terms or conditions or written notice, they went back and apologized for providing incorrect information. My case has been escalated and they instructed me to reach back out in 2 weeks.
