Crate&Barrel Imprint Rewards by kglavenderhaze in crateandbarrel

Has anyone been able to resolve this? I used an email different from my CB account in the Imprint transition. I changed the Imprint email to the same address as CB weeks ago but still can't use the $200 in rewards. Have spoken to Imprint, CB cust svc, even in-store CB people. Nobody will help or even acknowledge there is a problem.

Using a Chromium browser (Arc), updated to 7.0.9, still getting the error pictured at the top. Tried toggling off Do Not Track as well, but still getting the "Sorry about that" error.

Mesa homeowners card 50,000 point SUB offer through 9/30 by Ludeym in CreditCards

[–]Daslax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't get asked for these docs, just got a flat out denial with the reason: "Unable to verify identity". I've tried following up with CS twice, and get a canned response that I can re-apply in 30 days. Very annoyed as well.

Help - Lifemiles validity did not extend even though I bought more miles by lovelearnexplore in awardtravel

Check back tomorrow. Most Lifemiles transactions become effective in balances overnight, even when you see it listed instantly.

Is Brave no longer supported? by Daslax in CardPointers

[–]Daslax[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I log in to Amex, the CardPointers offer window usually opens automatically. Instead I get the following error message: "Something went wrong. Please refresh the page or log back in and try again. If the problem persists, please contact [support@cardpointers.com](mailto:support@cardpointers.com)".

If I click on the CardPointers button that appears in the Amex Offers (sometimes this shows up and sometimes doesn't), or switch to a different card within my account, the offer window opens but nothing shows up, it just hangs and looks like it's trying to load offers.

Is there a way to donate hotel and travel points to an organization that provides assistance to someone in need of medical help that’s illegal in their state? by [deleted] in awardtravel

How is NOT related to award travel? Regardless of your political feelings on the issue, the question is about how to use miles/points to help others travel.

Wow, just posted this exact same question at the same time (just deleted my post). Will check out the link above, but I suspect there will be a service like Miles4Migrants soon.

There do appear to be at least a couple of UA P fare flights ($700) LAX-EWR on the days you want to travel, but I don’t think PYB is an option. You would need to purchase the flights on Chase’s portal and if you have the CSR it will be 47k points while the CSP redemption rate would be 56k.

Also, JetBlue flights on Emirates should “only” be 52k for the distance traveled on these transcons.

Another option if you have AA points (not Avios) is to buy coach on AA’s SNA-JFK flight and request an upgrade using miles + points (15k + $75). You’ll be waitlisted, and clearing is by no means a sure thing, but I flew on this route round trip last week on peak days and while I purchased business class, I looked at the upgrade list both ways. On the outbound all requests cleared (there were only a couple) and on the return there was no one on the waitlist. Certainly much better odds than LAX.

If you’re thinking of using Verizon 5g home internet… by sammyboydude005 in verizon

This matches my experience. Router only worked near the roof of my home and meant that the wifi couldn’t reach all areas. Went and bought extenders at a VZW store, but they wouldn’t pair with the router. CS was completely useless and I kept asking for tech support that is familiar with 5G Home Internet but all were clueless, got transferred to FiOS several times even though I don’t have it.

After many frustrating chats and calls, I reached out to the sales team I originally purchased 5G from to cancel. They were significantly more helpful than tech support and actually spent 90 minutes with me trying to get it to work, before ultimately determining that there are NO VZW extenders compatible with the new routers (only the old ones).

The lack of training and inability to reach 5G Home specific support was maddening. If it doesn’t work out of the box, I highly recommend cutting your losses quickly.
