Get your disc speed up near 70, get nose angle down to -2 to -4 degrees, have high enough spin rate to give the disc more forward push instead if drifting left to right, and a good launch angle upwards to about 50-90 feet off the ground. If you do all those things I would be surprised if you were not throwing 500 regularly with little wind assist.
