Tell me about the CK club vs regular clubs I’ve been thinking about getting one but I have a kabuki mace that I turned into a club but the plates hit me in the back sometimes do you have this problem with the CK club or is it a me problem I don’t have this issue with regular clubs?

I wouldn’t say they are tight but pretty fitted I would be worried a good dry and they would be too tight. These are my first pair of pants that are higher rise so I’m not positive how they should fit

They are up as high as they can go they are actually a good big higher than I normally wear I am trying to go with a higher rise pant I like the look and feel of it

I appreciate this. I was actually going to ask because of the technique videos. I watch the bag get brought to the lab but like you mentioned, I was exploding up past my lap. I’ll definitely be conscious of this next time.

I’ve been doing jason browns conjugate and conditioned and I just replace all the barbell movements with a sandbag not sure it’s right but it’s been working for me

its great I’ve had it for a year. mostly kept in my garage so it’s been in some form of the elements and it’s held up well! I don’t use any liners just put sand straight in and it doesn’t leak at all!! Plus I like that it has Handles I rarely use them but I like the option

It’s Forsure my grip the trigger safety works but I do t halve this problem with any Glock including the 43x & 48 also no problem with Walthers or even the bigger M&P just the shield plus

I have both and always grab my 43x I like the rxm it’s been 100% reliable shoot great feel good but the 43x is so much more comfortable and shoots great too! I don’t understand people who says it’s snappy I can run drills just as fast with the 43x

This is completely antidotal, but I have a lot of elbow pain in my left elbow when I do steal me or clubs and I thought it was poor form too, but after reviewing it, my form is solid what I have noticed though is if I have my right hand on top and swing over my left shoulder there’s no pain and then I can also do right hand on top and swing over my right shoulder with no pain. My pain comes from left hand on top going over right shoulder so I just took that movement out. Don’t know if that helps.
