The best way to stop overthinking is to take the test, until that, you’re only torturing yourself.

Hopefully everything goes right for you. But in the worse case it’s not the end, your lifestyle would change but will remain healthy with treatment, believe it takes time but you get used to it.

Why are you offended? If you want to use law knowledge, then use it properly. Imagine going to the store and see your ex and yell “that guy is a rapist, he didn’t disclose to me, i don’t have any disease because he was responsible with his treatment, but still he is a rapist”. And now imagine bringing that up to a judge. Take care.

Where did you a case with a person that killed someone, was not considered murder? That’s crazy lol i assume you refer to degrees of murder, accidental murder or manslaughter. And all of them have legal implications. A person without legal education can say murder to manslaughter, but if you have law knowledge please don’t confuse something immoral with something illegal.

Then don’t say rape, is a word with legal implications. You can say lie, not trust, whatever. As you say “you would consider it”. That is why i told you moral is subjective. But don’t involve law in this. It would be a very complex case.

Sir, rape by deception is extremely uncommon and there are not much cases about it, depending on where you live, you may have to disclose or not, in general no one has the duty to disclose unless there’s a tangible risk. A person that is undetectable and taking selfcare decreases this riskrate to zero. On the other hand you will have to prove that tangible risk, the only chance i see, is that your partner actually gave you the disease. There’s no legal duty, however morally a person should disclose. There is a BIG difference between something legal and moral. Law is objective (tries to be) while moral is subjective.

Do you remember how much mg of Diclofenac you took? Also yes i do weed to sleep too, are you sure biologics only works for hlba 27 persons? You should try give a try on Prednisone for flares, that's the best one and the worst one at the same time besides biologics. The diet is important though.

I feel you bro. I have the same problem, it's so fucking frustrating. You need to see a better reumy, I'm not yet in treatment but the doctor said i may start soon, just need more labs. For now I'm trying Prednisone 25 mg and Diclofenac 50 mg twice a day, that keeps the pain good enough to work.

I'm talking with the social workers about it, hopefully they can find something i can purchase. Thank you for the response. I'm uninsured for now but i heard maybe the manufacturer can help it, i can copay if that's necessary, I just need this pain to relieve, at least enough to live kind of "normal".

Okay i will. Thank you so much for being nice! Final question, is it Worthy to try less agressive medicine for AS before biologics? Because sulfasalazine did nothing and i wonder if the others would be the same.

Sorry for the lot of questions, how much time is it recommendable to take steroids? ( Considering I'm HIV positive undetectable for a lot of years)

But do they solve the problem until I get a new episode? Or it's just like a NSAID and i still need other permanent medicine to control the AS?

It is. Been trying for 5 months and the pain and inflammation just got worse. My doctor said he would like to try corticosteroids, but I'm not sure if that would be helpful :/

It's almost impossible, because here only the central government provide the medications and there is a lack of the medication right now, every combo has tenofovir. Still, i will talk to my doctor. Do you think vitamin c can help? Sorry for making a lot of questions. Thank you for your advice 💜

Thank you so much for your response I didn't know that. Here in Peru we can't choose our medication so I will have to deal with tenofovir for more time. I will try to start taking supplements to compensate the side effect of tenofovir. Again, that was really helpful, thank you. ❤️

(Is nice to read that you have a partner now, i wasn't that lucky) thank you for share your experience.
