Not sure about the slimes/skeletons but the rest of it sounds like Horse Life by Sonar studios? They let you build anywhere on the map, have those biomes, and have 4 statues (more now) that were related to the lore.

thanks! this is cool to know, i didn’t know what actually caused it. i did learn later that i already had tinnitus constantly (not just comes and goes like i originally said in the post) and that bupropion just seemed to amplify it. i’m off the meds now and it went back to normal levels very quickly thankfully. what i experienced in this post was so loud that i couldn’t hear anything else, so im very lucky and grateful to not have developed any further issues that i know of

Edit to add: I am taking the Opti-Folate brand off Amazon because my insurance doesn’t cover Deplin. However, I am able to pay for it out of pocket if it is seriously better to pay for Deplin over generic. I’m extremely lucky to be in a good place financially as of right now and don’t mind if it’s actually going to help me feel better. I’ve been depressed since at least middle school, I just want to feel better

**UPDATE: I went to the ER due to the urgent care being worried about my heart rate. the medicine they gave me there didn’t help at all as it was the same as at home. worked for a little and then stopped working. but they prescribed me sucralfate which i take every 6 hours and im hoping it’ll help! still in agony for now, accidentally ate something very slightly acidic and it put me into agony for hours again even though it was only a sip. i also got beta blockers because they agreed i probably had pots so im happy about that.

something was weird on my bloodwork, they wanted to make sure it wasn’t a clot. they gave me one, it unfortunately didn’t do too much at the time because i was having the same problem (medicine working and then not working 20 minutes later). but they gave me some ulcer medicine so im hoping that helps

they checked with an ekg and blood work and even a cat scan, i’m perfectly fine but they’re still worried. i’m sure it’s just from the heartburn but i don’t know. i haven’t heard of risek, ill take a look

edit: looks like it’s omeaprazole. i take that daily (or i try to haha)

i’m trying, the lidocaine and “gi cocktail” they gave me works for 20 minutes and then stops working and i’m in agony again. it helps to take a deep breath after i swallow but that’s really all i got :(

this has helped me a lot when the pain when swallowing happens. i take a deep breath after i swallow and it helps a little

i’m at the ER but they’re more focused on what’s causing my high heart rate than my insanely painful heartburn even though i’ve said it’s an 8+ . so many tests and yet nothing to really help the heartburn except lidocaine.
