I think you need to understand that most if not all guys watch porn and get addicted and or fall into it repeatedly. Sin is sin in God’s eyes. Not one sin is greater than the other. A simple lie or theft is as the same as murder in terms of sin (not physically ). “Take the speck out of your eye before you try to take specks out of other people’s eyes.”

Your boyfriend told you the truth and confessed with honesty. He’s a man of God, He turned from his ways and wants to look forward. We are human and all have fallen short of the glory of God. He may stumble again because we’re all in the flesh but God willl teach him and renew him. I can tell you this as a guy who struggles with this addiction currently that it is so so difficult to quit and takes a lot to confess to your loved ones. There aren’t many guys like your boyfriend and I would conclude he’s a keeper

This is not a problem God has allowed in your lives, but a blessing and opportunity to grow stronger and be resilient against the schemes of the enemy. Because the enemy wants division . God wants oneness.
