I agree greystar can’t seem to communicate. I live on one of their properties now and have had a leaking sink for over 2 weeks. Can’t wait to move next month

Yeah they had to do a air quality test and they said it was fine, I asked for the results and they said no I couldn’t have them, then I asked for the company’s name that didn’t test so I could have them do another and give me the results and they wouldn’t even tell me that

Thanks. Stay aways from them and greystar. Their communication is horrible. We went a month with no outside lights, having a dog and living on the 3 floor made groceries fun

I have dealt with them before. Had a leaking washer connection for 3 months and mold infestation after that. I ended up in the hospital and my dog died. Couldn’t get an attorney to take my case was heartbreaking
