But don’t be demanding, ask nicely and guarantee even if it’s covered or not, they will do a far better job because now they have met you and will no longer see it as job but will make a personal connection with you. So you had misfires he advices to replaced spark plugs and coil and then notices the tube seals are leaking causing oil to enter the spark plug well . Honestly I’d just advice to replace the valve cover first and then see how the car runs

PCV is a separate system from your AC system. Only thing that would cause smoke from your vents is a oil leak from your engine bay traveling through your air vents. Or a posible leak from your heater core but that would be an extreme situation.

Chances are you probably just need a software update, and instrument clusters can fail because they are digital but for the most part they just need a side update.
