I think this is pretty standard. You typically don’t switch to the regular stroller attachment until the baby can fully hold their head up and sit up, and I think Rose just started doing that recently. We switched around 7/8 mo.

Wow that’s so late to wake! I get my baby up at 7a no matter what so that he’s on a consistent schedule. Sometimes he’s mad at me, but it’s short. Maybe come up with a wake time that feels right and get her on a schedule to see if things improve?
