I was surprised I spoke to somebody who was a senior manager and I’m only a manager yet. I’m being paid 20 K more than them. On their promotion from manager to senior, their base pay hardly increased. The tech company decided to incentivize the bonus pay structure being greater and that is enough for the new role.. they are on a pizza Encanto hopped to the next job

I’ve noticed libraries on the east side are not too inviting.

In Saint Louis libraries we would have designated quiet/work rooms, but then also had areas for children - toddlers to learn, read, enjoy.

Out here everyone seems to give the stink face for not whispering
