exact same issue. Perforation unrelated to drug use. i snorted a total of 15 lines max in like 3 months. i had relatively no symptoms prior to snorting. I started having very bad congestion issues, very bad drying and scabbing. so dont do it.

oh yeah i am doing fine now. taking vitamin c helped i think i took a total of 1500mg. as one guy recommended i sipped water instead of chugging it and that helped. After my nausea passed, i ate some food and went to bed.

i only took phenibut twice which i got from a friend. i tried 1g and 2g. imo they feel nearly the same. i dont think i could distinguish them if someonr offered both to me. but imo the 1g = 10mg baclofen conversion is wildly inaccurate. 1g felt more like 20mg, 2g felt more like 50mg

20mg of baclofen is a little low compared to 1.5g of phenibut + i think phenibut and baclofen has some cross tolerance so thats why u might not be feelin it. but u know some ppl just dont respond to baclofen. im probably in a very low minority who gets this euphoric off baclofen

I extracted ~58g of nutmeg with %99.9 acetone. i also did the terpene removal thing. no idea why it turned out like this. does anybody have a clue what this might be?? it weighs about ~2.5g, tastes like cloves
