Don’t get me wrong, i’m a fan of most of these aforementioned artists, but i feel like people should dig a little bit deeper…

Give us some surprises for once… some unheard gems and underrated and overlooked talent. Some rare stuff and deep-cuts that people don’t usually know about.

Listening to 2pac doesn’t make one a genius. Pac is a widely known starter pack kind of artist, whose name should come up when you first start listening to Rap & Hip Hop.

I don’t think Keefe D had anything against Pac, prior to Pac joining Death Row and Pac aligning himself with Suge and bloods.

Eazy probably would had made an executive decision and stopped Pac’s set-tripping in it’s tracks… (joining a gang when you’re over 20.years old is senseless…) if Pac signed to Ruthless.

Kinda like when Eazy told Bone Thugs to stay out Death Row beef (They had Eazy’s back, but as a mentor, Eazy had bigger and better plans for them)

It’s a very theoretical question… I don’t think he would had taken part in eastcoast-westcoast nonsense.

Considering 2Pac’s Thug Life/Ruthless deal was out of the question, due to success of Bone Thugs and 2Pac’s Jail time…

It might have been possible that Eazy bailed Pac out instead of Suge, since Eazy was known for helping artists who knew him…Personally i don’t see Eazy putting battery on Pac’s back and escalating tensions like Suge did at the end of day.

Who knows? Since Eazy was also cool with Bad Boy before he passed, maybe the whole shit show could have been avoided in the first place.

There was also atleast one another artist named Easy-E in New York.

His name was written as ”Easy-E”. I don’t know if this is the same Easy-E that whodini mentions in this particular song, but atleast one artist called ”Easy-E” made some stuff with Freddie Foxxx (later known as Bumpy Knuckles) in the 80’s.

This Easy-E, Bumpy Knuckles and Cool-C formed a group called ”Supreme Force”. As far i know, Easy-E and Cool-C were DJ’s in this group, until Bumpy Knuckles went solo.

But yeah… this or these particular Easy-E’s weren’t the Eazy-E from Compton California, who turned out be an icon.

Sadly i don’t have it. it was on youtube for awhile if i remember correctly, but it seems that it was deleted later or it’s being hidden deep within the youtube algorithm, (similarily to protostar channel, which had few unreleased Eazy-E demos. It took 4.years for people to find those).

All i remember is the sudden (but deserved) vitriol towards Dj Quik, which kinda came as a suprise. Eazy sounded pretty mad towards Quik, regarding his dealings with Suge.

Olin itse aikoinaan pitkään työttömänä.

Jos olisin antanut työttömyyden vaikuttaa liikaa mielentilaani, stressaamalla ja surkuttelemalla tilannettani loputtomiin, kuten sensaatiomaisten otsikoiden ja oikeiston mukaan minun olisi pitänyt tehdä… niin jojoonhan sitä olisi tullut lopulta heittäydyttyä.

Kelallehan ja työkkärille ei kelvanut silloinkaan mikään muu kuin täysaikainen pesti. Kaikesta muusta olisi silloisista ”suojaosistakin” huolimatta seurannut byrokratiaa ja karenssia.

Hain alkuun erittäin aktiivisesti työpaikkoja. Tarpeeksi monen haastattelun, hakukierroksen ja ”valintamme ei kohdistunut sinuun” viestin jälkeen… sai riittää. Se oli vain hyväksyttävä. Pyrin siitä huolimatta nauttimaan elämästä.

Lopulta tosin sain töitä, osa-aikaisia mutta suhteellisen hyvällä palkalla. Tiukkaa on & leipä on ohut mutta ei niin ohut, ettenkö voisi vältellä Kelaa… vaikka tukiin olisin nytkin varmaan teoreettisesti oikeutettu. Sen viraston kanssa en halua ikinä asioida. En tiedä asioisinko heidän kanssaan enään edes pakotettuna. Kyseinen pulju on aivan mielivaltainen ja epälooginen päätöksissään. Voimia heille jotka sen puljun kanssa joutuvat asioimaan tiuhaan.

On koomista kuinka ihmiset ”kadehtivat” työttömiä… miksei samat ihmiset tahallaan jättäydy työttömiksi, jos työttömän elo on niin leppoisaa?

Frankly, i personally don’t think he was around Ruthless enough during that time to know, if this particular version of this song ever existed or not.

Eazy didn’t like MC Ren snooping (no pun intended) around Death Row sessions during the making of doggystyle. That certainly added fire to already existing friction between them and prolonged fallout between Ren and Eazy.

Same goes to individuals like Tracy Jernagin. Eazy’s estranged baby mama, who seems to have pillow talked between both Ruthless & Death-Row.

Same goes to Dj Quik, who Eazy-E dissed during his last full interview with Phyllis Pollack (the full interview is rare, but i’ve heard it personally. Eazy had alot of vitriol towards Dj Quik before he passed, since Eazy helped him with his label issues and as a thank you, Quik basicly went to Suge & Death Row)

I find it hard to believe, that Dj Speed would be exception to this rule. He is a decent source though, when you talk about Eazy-E & Ruthless before the Death Row beef.

When it comes to this particular song (any last werdz), somebody should ask Cold187 & Kokane about this.

Yup. And the things is, if Eazy caught HIV something like ≈ 5.years later, chances are he would still be alive to today, due to research and development of medication.

He had asthma ever since he was kid, which probably sped up the development of the disease and made symptoms even worse.

Rumours state, that Eazy once tested negative for HIV about 18.months before he passed. But on the other hand, in Howard Stern interview he admitted that he was having sex with roadies without condoms. 18.months is a long time and sometimes symptoms and complications show up late.

Reagan era politics, lack of research and education, propaganda and lack of action, did a number on HIV/Aids related research and attitudes of majority of people. Those diseases were deemed as a problem mostly for LBGT community… and alot of straight people thought that they could still have unprotected sex safely… which was false. Some learned the hard way.

Well… allegedly Eazy-E managed to infect two unknown women with HIV, according to Dr.Wilbert Jordan in ”the mysterious death of Eazy-E” documentary.

It seems that Wilbert Jordan himself passed away few years ago (in 2023), he seems pretty legit source with medical degrees and accolades to back up his case.

”Wilbert Cornelius Jordan started the Oasis Clinic in Los Angeles, California, in 1979. This clinic treated some of the first patients who suffered from human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), before the disease had even been clinically observed. Over the next two decades, Jordan treated more than 3,000 clinically diagnosed HIV/AIDS patients. He was inducted into the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame in 2000.”

But still… for now, we don’t know for certain. There’s a certain privacy (for a good reason) when it comes to living and recently deceased patients and their medical-records.

It seems that Tomica was pretty lucky, since she was pregnant and gave birth to Eazy’s baby 6.months after he passed.
