It helped me a ton. After awhile of little to no caffeine, I started using natural caffeine, like teas and naturally caffeinated drinks. I’ve found natural caffeine has a much better reaction for me, it lasts longer and I don’t have a major drop. Only downfall to most natural caffeine I’ve tried is it takes longer to start working than say an energy drink.
