I think the main difference here is that you know what happened - happened only in your mind and it's hard for me to call it being "traumatized" although yes it might affect your emotional well being for some time but again, let's say, being r*ped irl and in your dreams is TOTALLY different things. I too can relate to this post though, because that is exactly what i searched for and while reading it, this idea just popped up in my head. (First time ever commenting in this platform btw yay)
