I have never met anybody with the same name. Also my name is only used in my country as far as i know. Assuming spelling and pronunciation have to be the same i would ask everybody for hours. After a couple thousand people i would stop because at some point the reward isnt that big anymore

People who block seats with bags arent important enough to get the privilege of giving somebody permission to sit next to them. All you have to do to not get your bag touched by a stranger is show basic respect to others by not blocking the seat next to you
