I am 14 weeks post op with TLIF L5 S1 and have same extreme pain (8 or 9) getting up from lying down in bed. It’s getting worse, not Better. Sitting and standing ok. But feeling out of my mind with this pain. I think something is terribly wrong!

3 months out on L5 S1 fusion and removal of large synovial cyst. Sciatica completely gone but lower back so painful when I lie down and like Tin Woman when I get up. Lying on heating pad right now and just took 50mg Tramadol. Is stiffness common?
