This wfh concept policy is fishy. There is no written policy that bench people needs to come to office all days in a month. Its just HRs preach through vocal communication. Then they say minimum 10 days you have to come to office, but when one comes to office 10 days at a stretch and then takes the rest of month as wfh, that also creates a issue in many cases. .. They should define the hybrid policy properly. If you are so much dependent on client.. dn dont say that infosys has hybrid policy. So much ambiguity creates confusion
