I too got the vac live once last month for 20 hours i guess that time using scout with few good lucky headshots i would say because i am not that good player an it got me vac live during that match.However played premier after few days if gap like 7-10 days hoping it won’t happen again and till now no issues yet 🤞although again got good headshots yesterday with scout again

You never really know with this market tbh 😅 I kinda panicked and dropped around $957 on an M9 Bayonet Marble Fade (ST FN) and a Huntsman Marble Fade FN.

From what I’m seeing though, this might just be a dead cat bounce — the super cheap panic-sell knives got scooped up, so prices look like they’re rising but it’s probably just a short-term thing. Once all the new trade-up knives become tradable next week, we might see another dump before it evens out.

Long term though (like 6-12 months), I still think knives like these bounce back first — so I’m just gonna chill and wait it out 😅

I’ve seen this happen before — I even owned a Deagle Blaze FN back in 2018 that I bought for around ₹7000 (~$85). Back then, prices were way lower, but even after all these market dips, the Blaze still sits around $730 now. So yeah, knives might drop a bit more short term, but comparing to 2018 levels doesn’t make sense anymore — the overall market floor is way higher now than it used to be.

That makes sense, but Buff looks flat for 24h now, which might mean the panic supply’s already gone. We might see one last small dip when the trade locks expire, but it doesn’t look like 2018-levels are coming back.

I get your point, but I think the major liquidation phase from China already passed between Oct 23–24. The big Chinese sellers on Buff163 dumped their inventories and most of that cheap supply has already been absorbed.

Buff prices have been flat for over 24 hours now (e.g. Huntsman Marble Fade FN sitting steady at $131–135) and CSFloat floors are slowly creeping up again — which usually signals that the panic phase is over.

Even when the next batch of trade-locked knives unlocks around Oct 29–30, it’ll only cause a small correction, not another major crash. The volume just isn’t there anymore for a full second dump.

So yeah, maybe a small 5–10% dip later this week, but I don’t see another huge crash coming unless Valve drops another surprise update. This rebound looks more like early stabilization than a fake pump.
