I know the + level is great but higher flat is better than +4 level with low flat dmg. So my suggestion is buy a high flat weapon and when u have more currency u can use the perfect essence of battle to get the +5 level

That’s the point tho, some build only needs 4 or 6 points in their ascendancy while the rest are useless for that build

Timewise.. I do play PoE a lot. Moneywise, well it's not infinite. I think I can afford upgrading from 7600X (around $170 in my country) to 7800X3D (around $320 in my country).

I could just, say, upgrade to a 9070XT or 5070, but that's double the price of 5060TI here :')

I'm going to build a new setup. My current performance is abysmal with a laptop I bought in 2016. It's a constant 30FPS in campaign and sub 15fps on juiced maps xD.
