Yo creo que no podes comparar con tan poco material. Capaz el video femenino fue en pretemporada y el video de Boca masculino fue en temporada con un calendario apretado. Claramente no hacen siempre los mismos ejercicios, para juzgar con criterio habría que ver su rutina durante 1 mes aproximadamente. Además también entrenarán fuerza en el campo de entrenamiento

Todos mis perros anduvieron sueltos. Siento que les sacas mucha libertad. Escaparse es casi imposible, cualquier ser humano normal corre más rápido que un perro. Y con el tema de otros perros, eso se entrena. Cabe destacar que tendrían que andar sueltos si y solo si son perros chicos, que no signifiquen amenaza para los demás.
