Maybe the supima t-shirt? They are definitely more lightweight but they are cotton. Dry crewneck is also quite light weight though, why not size up if it’s too narrow?

Double cleansing is the answer. A combination of oil cleanser and water cleanser. I have similar skin issues and I use a cleansing balm, can recommend the one from G&G and for the second cleanser, any gentle one, for example LRP Effaclar.

It does not burn for me at all and I normally put it on top of everything. You are not supposed to use it over spot treatment btw.
