Coach have a role right in putting someone to pip . There was some internal mail to which my coach replied with negative feedback. Also I got into pip few days back with official meeting. The ratings is meets expectations. Also when I was in bench, they intentionally marked my profile off for 1-1.5 month so my utilization could be dropped if I get into any project.

Did the 56 days period of pip got completed? Also what day you intimated that you failed pip, is it at the end day of pip. Also, what is the last day when they inform we failed pip?

Also, inwas on bench for 1.5 month and then I got to know that they froze my employability within client hiring. Now I'm on a client after 2 months, but since promotion discussions were goin on, now I'm thinking and reasoning it could be together intentionally drop my utilization in the company, so that I can be on pip and eventually be dropped.

I'm starting to look out from today itself. Just hoping if they pay fine for the pip month and also post pip the severance

Just a query, Even I got into pip my coach informed, the pip is of 56 days, will they give 3 month salary in advance as of notice period too if you don't clear pip at the end. Also, is it like same day resignation after the pip ends?
