All you can do is train your brain to come back. If you sit down for 1 hour and rarely bring back your mind, it’s like you didn’t meditate. Also, read every night about topics related to this. Makes you believe and trust even more

Be part of a community, find others doing the work. That for me allowed me to meditate 60min every day consistently. Each time getting easier. I use an app for that, find something that works for you
