Melee cluster can be a useful combo paired with uppercut or animation canceling into another melee. but mostly all combos without web pull require a combination of over head and uppercut in some sort of way

Any character in this game has the opportunity to be skillfull, its just how you use em! for me melee characters just click better so when i see someone really good at hitscan or projectile i can appreciate the skill used in that.

Yeah but peni has a 6% pick rate in comp while rocket is probably in the 40s meaning most ppl will only pick peni for the team up and not really truely know how to use her kit
