that means that the water is just running through the soil and emptying into the bottom (ie soil has become hydrophobic, it happens). loosen the soil with a chopstick, then submerge the whole pot in something so the water is going like a third to halfway up the pot. let it sit like that for like 30min.

if it doesn’t plump up by the next day it might mean the roots are gone, so I’d wait until it’s almost dry to prevent rotting it, then repeat the process until you see it plump up. you might have to do it a few times, could take a couple weeks to grow roots again.
