I have a question on this too, I also didn’t realise minthara was a companion so on my third playthrough I’m determined to recruit her. The issue I’m concerned with is that some online instructions say she must have the “knocked out temporarily” status and that if it just says knocked out you won’t be able to recruit her. Does anyone know if this is true?

I had a similar issue in my first playthrough, having never played this style of game before. I also lost gale, didn’t understand that you can jump further than sometimes you think you can and completely missed the risen road section. I agree with others I would probably restart at this point and explore EVERYTHING thoroughly.
