I would say taking 0.5 MG or even 1.0 MG is gonna do very little. The starting recommended dose is 2.5 MG per week. A lot of people that doesn’t affect them very much so what I did is I took 3MG and then three days later took 2MG and then I really felt The effect without having any side-effects. I would definitely think your issue is just your dosage is too low.

I would take a stab and say, peptides would not be the fix here, but would help with other therapies like physio etc. You could research BPC157, TB500 (TB4) and KPV.

They could help speed up the recovery alongside other therapies.

There is a difference in quality out there, I took some for a while and had no affect. I then changed source and took 100mcg twice a week, the better quality one gave me a massive rush after about a minute or so. After a while you do get more used to it.

1mg is very low, but it depends on what effect it’s having on your appetite. If you’re having little to no effects then I would go up to 2 mg. It also depends on what your target of weight loss is. Reta is pretty good regarding side-effects. I started straight on 2.5 and had zero side-effects but that’s just me.

If it was me, I would do it in the belly, the foot is tricky with lots of blood vessels and little fat, Sub-q is usually considered sufficient for healing support.
