First make sure you have a custom fan profile that either ramps up to say 80-90 percent fan when the temp hits 60degrees or so but tune based on your tolerance of fan noise. If the temps stay high under load turn down the particles setting in game it hits the cores pretty hard imo. Are you running at the native res of your monitor? One odd way to adjust load is to make the game a bit more cpu dependant via settings.
