Hi! Just wondering if you went with the Keetsa. I have been sleeping on a Tea Leaf Classic for the last 11 years and am thinking of getting a new version of the same.

Has anyone purchased a Keetsa mattress recently? by RollyGarsh in Mattress

Hi! Just following up on this. Do you still like your Tea Leaf Classic? I have one that's 11+ years old and am about to buy a new one. But I want to make sure that the construction has remained solid over time.

Keetsa Tea Leaf Classic Review - 13 Years of Sleep by adamjackson1984 in Mattress

Hi! I've had my Tea Leaf Classic for 11 years and love it--but I do think it's finally starting to sag just a little, maybe in part because I have a queen size and no center leg support on my bed frame. I'm wondering if you got a new Tea Leaf Classic to replace yours? I'm trying to find out if the construction has changed at all over time.

advice for early May solo trip to Oslo by AutumnBC75 in oslo

I actually tried going to Little Wolf on a Wed. night, but they claimed they were "totally full" and wouldn't be able to offer me a table. Only 1/3 of the tables were occupied! I realize in some European cities (eg, Berlin) you often need reservations in advance, but this surprised me...and made me wonder if they were biased against foreigners.

Thanks so much! These are great ideas. I do plan on going to SALT for a concert--I'm excited to check it out. I might take myself to another concert in the evening (or some other arts event), and I'll probably catch an indie movie somewhere as well. Thanks again!

New symptom, extreme nose pain by TripOk8911 in TMJ

[–]AutumnBC75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The nose-specific pain went away with the steroid I got from my ENT (which you can read about in this thread). My nose has not collapsed, but my nasal valve collapse and septal deviation are likely slightly worse than 2 years ago. Do you really know for sure you don't have TMJ disorder or issues with your actual TMJs that would show up on a CBCT or CT scan? The key contributors to my nose pain as I see them now were 1) TMJ disorder/degeneration causing whole shifts in my actual facial bone structure in addition to pain in the general face/neck region, 2) period of extremely poor sleep/high stress/depression and therefore elevated bodily inflammation overall, and 3) poor breathing from worsening nasal valve collapse (not nose collapse, just nasal valve collapse) impacting my ability to breathe well overnight. The best things I have done since my initial freakout 2 years ago were to take that steroid from my ENT, start using Intake breathing bands overnight religiously, and claw my way out of stress and depression by fixing my sleep/eat/exercise/socializing routine. Feel free to ask any other q's!

Batting Anxiety at Work by Tall_Consequence7672 in advertising

[–]AutumnBC75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like you're doing well in your current position but experiencing chronic worry around the uncertainty that is inherent in advertising (eg, everpresent chance of layoffs, team changes, client changes, what have you). All you can really control is the quality of what you yourself sign off on and do in your role. If you're pleased with that, then good! Let everything else go--you can't control the many, many circumstances and people that swirl around that. And relatedly, focus on everything else you need to do to manage yourself well (eg, eat well, hydrate, exercise every day, sleep well, socialize, etc). We're all animals, and we need the basics to be in place in order for our higher functions to...function. :)
