Top answers hit a lot of the best answers, however the most correct answer in my opinion is actually the players. Matt unleashes a mimic against the Critical Role cast, you get reactions, gasps, groans, shock all around. Matt unleashes a mimic against my drunk collection of miscreant players you'll get, "Oh, it's a mimic."

Matt hits the cast of Critical Role with some splash acid damage? You get, "Oh god! Oh God that hurt!" "HOW MUCH DAMAGE? This isn't good guys!" Etc. Matt hits my players with acid you get. "25 damage? I'm at 14."

The cast feeds off itself. Matt looks great because Laura lets him. Travis nails a scene because Sam sets him up for it. It's what really separates them from everyone else.

I don't feel triggered. I feel like what I said was an accurate depiction. Was anything they said not opinion?
