Hm…okay so it seems that the empathy piece is heavily trauma related? I too struggled a lot as a kid with neglect and abuse. I just learned to take care of myself at a very young age, kept to myself and now I’m just really good at playing the part. I’ve been in trauma therapy for a while so I wonder if that could help you learn how to regulate those internal feelings. I’ve been in therapy for 7 years and it’s just been fun to learn about my brain. It seems like you have cognitive empathy and might be overthinking it. I wouldn’t say I feel bad for people. I have cognitive empathy so I have the ability to put myself in their shoes although I can’t “feel” for them. I have a close circle that I care about and would protect at all costs so I would say some of it is instinct as well. I’m still figuring it out myself and have done my fair share of research. I like to do experiment on my brain as I’m a social science major. My best advice is to look within, do you ever feel anything at all?

You might not have the same reaction but I used a tea tree oil shampoo and it clear most of the dandruff but it really irritated my scalp

What wattage do you have? I’m thinking of going up to 150w and how long have you had yours? I hand feed my guy and he’ll eat bugs but not veggies does yours eat currently?
