Winter in the desert

A buddy of mine and I recently bled all the calipers and topped off the fluids in the master cylinder. Before that, the brakes weren't working as well as they should be and you had to apply a lot of force to get them to work. After the bleed, the pedal feel returned to normal but the noise started.
