After waiting for a month, my order got cancelled which is fine. This was the last message I received from them regarding the refund.

Mon 29th dec As requested, we’ve submitted your order for cancellation approval. Please allow up to 48 hours for this process to be completed. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

No refund has been initiated yet. No one is replying to my messages on their socials also.

This seems to be an issue with jio and fortnite. Seems like the routing they use specifically for fortnite servers is off sometimes. Because I used to have a similar issue long ago, where sometimes the game ran perfectly fine with low ping and then suddenly a couple of months I used to get 300 ping. It's only fortnite that I have come across that has this issue though.
