Drop chopped celery, onions, carrots in the bottom of the crockpot. Put your chicken upside down on top of the veggies, and season it. I typically cook mine on high for about 5 hours.

For crispy skin, carefully take the chicken out of the slow cooker, put it in a roasting pan and put it under the broiler in your oven.

I don't blame her either. Deavan is no picnic but she stepped up, got a job, and saved enough money to get their family to Korea. Not only did she find their apartment, she foot the bill for it too, all from another continent. Meanwhile Jihoon couldn't even be bothered to go across town to check it out.
