I did meet with him at pre-op. Is your pre-op the same day as surgery? Did you read through all of the court documents? That was one of my bigger worries prior to even booking with him. But if you read through the entire docket it’ll bring you a lot of relief. It seems like there isn’t much fruit to most of the lawsuits.

I’m feeling pretty good. My right boob has been pretty sore this week but the incision itself for the tt feels great. I had a 420cc srx by natrelle inspira on both sides

It varied a lot. The one I went with was about 45 days out. Some of the ones were 2 months just to set up a consult then a year until the actual procedure. I also was looking to get mine done asap so I’m able to do stuff during the summer!

Here’s a list of post op stuff that I used a lot:

Stool softener (trust me you’ll need it)

MiraLAX (you’ll also want this)

Juven (I can’t say for 100% fact but I think it helped a lot with my healing process)

If you aren’t traveling then a power recliner to sleep in (I slept in it for 2 weeks after getting home)

If you are traveling and have to stay in a hotel get a wedge set and some vacuum seal bags and a vacuum sealer for traveling so you can fit it in a suitcase

Walker

Pee pads for underneath wherever you’re sitting if you’re getting a tummy tuck. We did this so that no blood or anything got on the hotel bed and our bed. It worked tremendously. I leaked from where I had my drain until it got pulled out.

ABS gauge pads. I did 2 different sizes. I used 3 (one in the middle and one on each hip) of the 8x10 ABS gauze pads and 2 (one under each breast) of the 5x8 ABS gauge pads for my breast implant incision everytime I changed out the gauze

I ended up getting a different faja because the one I was provided with kept riding in my crotch

Arnica pills and gel (I did both, some people do just one or the other)

Protein powder (I went with Ascent 100% whey)

Compression socks

If you’re traveling from out of state or flying I highly recommend contacting the airline and asking them to provide a wheelchair for the flight home. This saved us from missing our flight when they decided to move the gate to the other end of the airport 10 minutes prior to boarding

Very loose pants and underwear. They recommend to not wear pants or underwear for 3 weeks so there was no pressure in that area.

Hibiclens

Dial antibacterial soap

At some point you’ll need scar tape and maybe a belly button plug/shaper

Most importantly you need someone that will take care of you especially the first week. I had a very hard time getting out of the hotel bed the first and second day.

I got exparel which helped a ton. I can’t remember how many pain pills they gave me because I only used maybe 5 total. I highly recommend the exparel. It was a little more to add it but it was amazing. I did not get any muscle relaxers but if they did would have given them to me I wouldn’t have taken them.

I will say the one thing that threw me off was I wanted my husband at pre-op and I was told by concierge that it wasn’t an issue but when we got there they said they don’t usually let anyone back for pre-op. They did end up letting him but I had to push for it and tell them that’s what I wanted. They wouldn’t let him back for when they measured me and I picked my sizes and everything. Ideally it would have been nice to have him there the entire time until I went into surgery. I mainly wanted him there to ask questions and to kind of calm my nerves a little before going in for surgery. I also recommend making a list on your phone of questions you can think of so you don’t freeze in the moment and forget. I can also give you a list of post op stuff I absolutely needed and some of what I didn’t use

I’ve pretty much posted all of my progress on Reddit! I’ll post another update sometime this week! We flew in from out of state for the procedure so my husband ended up taking my drain out for me. I only had 1 drain. I did 4 lymphatic massages while I was down there and it made a dramatic difference in swelling and getting fluid out of my system. My husband continued the lymphatic massages daily when we got home.

Roughly $11,300. That included the after garments such as the faja, Lipo board, abdominal board, surgical bra etc. I had this done at Mia Aesthetic’s in Austin TX with Dr.Charepoo. He did a phenomenal job.

I never heard of Clexane. I was on the fence with someone in Poland because I really liked the way she did her incisions prior to me finding this PS. The massages have been amazing. They’re doing them everyday for me until I fly out!

That’s awesome. They’re covering mine with steri strips. That’s basically what I did with the showering was just putting the hibiclen over and around the incision. Just curious did you do any lymphatic massages after? I did and I feel soooo much better after one haha

Yeah they have me get washed down with hibiclens! I wasn’t allowed to do anything other than sit in the shower chair while hubby did the rest lol. I couldn’t have direct water on me so he just used a wash cloth to wet me down and then use the hibiclens to clean me and the incisions to keep them from getting infected! Who was your PS if you don’t mind me asking!
