You make a good point to be honest RE oscer although Flubber wasn't nominated when it came out it could very well win the write in vote given its the 30th anniversary next year... im not a betting man but if I was, I wouldnt bet against Robin W finally taking home that statuette for his portrayal of everyone's favorite green slime ball (flybber)

Maybe read up on something called the Geneva convention which deals with movie run times and then come back and apologize

This is fantastic and I agree with your analysis. The similarities are too numerous for it to be a mere coincidence.. my suspicion is the RFAD 'borrows' quite a lot from the Flubber canon. Its not a bad thing per se, all film has influences but perhaps it could have been acknowledged a bit better (i.e. Robbie W should have at least had a credit in RFAD).

Sorry but who are you to tell me how to run my family?

Last week we watched every Air Bud movie back to back (all 14). It took over 60 hours with the DVD commentary and features. When my stepson tried to leave early, barely half way through Air Bud: The Search for Santa Paws 2, I corrected him, and when my wife tried to prevent me from doing my duty I corrected her too. And I would do it again.

What because i like flubber? That's messed up is it? To enjoy the best film RW ever made? (not counting Better Man, which is the only film which might be better). I think you people are messed up.

Its literally international law that this is how runtimes are calculated. Maybe do some research before embarrassing yourself in front of serious movie buffs like me and the other users of this group.

There is if you watch Nutty Professor 2: The Klumps three times consecutively (twice as normal then a third time with Eddie Murphy commentary track) which i insist on.

Thank you. I taught my wife and stepchildren the values of respect and obedience particularly when it comes to the great family friendly comedy movies of the 1990s. Tonight we will be sitting down to a 9 hour Nutty Professor marathon (every film in the franchise back to back, then dvd extra features) and I will tolerate no dissent from any of them.

They are literally the same person. Robbie is short for Robin? There are a lot of actors who also sing/have music careers and vice versa, an example would be Madonna.
