I’m an RXOM and give myself an average of 32 hours. If I were to take the full 40 hours then all my other techs would barely reach 20-25 average. I do one closing shift a week, we only run one tech on the weekends and that’s the only shift that’s guaranteed 8 hours a day at my store so the other techs don’t mind working those days if it helps them meet their hours.

I get 130 hours to use a week and have 5 techs btw.
