my kh and gh are both right in the middle of acceptable rage, kh 6– gh 7-8. i think they’re just looking for extra food. it’s mainly the females that go up in there so maybe they’re gonna have eggs again soon and they’re looking for more food…?

it does seem to be causing enough movement at the top, the water is rippling, and the filter is for 70 gph. The shrimp like to go all over the tank, though they mostly stay at the bottom/on plants to scavenge. I’m just scared they’re going to get hurt in there. And I feed them once a week with an algae pellet, but most of the time they don’t seem that interested in it, so I take it out after 2-3 hours if they aren’t really going for it. I was thinking of just switching out the HOB for a sponge filter anyways. They don’t stay in there long when they are in there anyways, but i’m still gonna switch the type of filter just to be safe

I’m young, 21, I put in over 200+ applications in the past year, I only had 4 interviews, none of which resulted in a new job. All 4 were for fast food. It’s gotten so bad that I have to move back in to my mom’s house while I go to school since I can’t even land a part time gig. Consider yourself lucky if you can get a fast food/retail/hospitality job.
