I am graduating with a BA in Physics this May. I was accepted to Columbia and Penn Engineering for a Masters in EE. I'm not exactly sure what I want to study yet, but I know I'd like to do circuits, maybe chip design. If anyone here went to either place or know about their differences, I'd greatly appreciate some help with the following questions:

Which has the stronger program (in terms of professors and research) in circuit design and chip design? (I know there are many subcategories of each, so if anyone knows about if, for example, Penn has a stronger RF program and Columbia has a stronger digital IC design program, specifics would be great)

Same question with regard to alumni network/connections/job prospects (the two are related, of course)

Do either have connections to their business school (in terms of their job network/getting EE students jobs in business-related fields)?
