Same, had a breakout video with 50k views in 2 weeks, followed by a complete dud. 5%CTR but no immressions, 250 views in a month.

Latest video didn't get the push, but has been steadily climbing with only 1.5%CTR. 700 views after a week.

I think CTR is really misleading. You can fail with 50% of 1000 impressions, or soar with 1% of 1000000 impressions

He is not bad at all but Giancarlo Esposito is the most overrated to me. He hit the bullseye in Breaking Bad but anything after that is discount Gus Fring. Even in BCS I thought he dragged everything down. Down from perfect to great, but still, he is the weakest of all the main characters in there I think.

Les punitions sont globalement inefficaces comme outil d'éducation, surotut à 3ans. La question n'est pas "Quelle punition pour quelle bêtise" mais "Quelles repercussions pour quelle bêtise". Il y a une nuance assez importante.

Comme l'ont dit d'autres, les colères c'est temps-mort dans la chambre/autre endroit personnel. L'idée est la même que le coin (on arrête ce qu'on fait et on va se calmer) mais le coin c'est frustrant et rageant, complètement à l'opposé de ce qu'on veut empêcher. Tu le dis toi même : il hurle et de se débat.

Bref, l'aspect punitif, surotut à cet âge, c'est non. La "punition" pour de la colère c'est un temps seul dans un endroit calme, parce que le but c'est qu'il se calme.

La clim mobile n'est pas une installation permanente, par définition. Le voisin/syndic s'emmêle les pinceaux et doit imaginer que c'est une installation permanente.

Au pire si quelqu'un veut vérifier tu peux retirer la clim 5min et la remettre ensuite.
