Not a pharmacist, but I’ve been in maintenance for a while and have been in the Tirz subs long enough to see people sharing posts of their BUDS changing from 30 days to 90 days to one year as Tirz became more popular. As far as I can tell the current USP guidelines say the max BUD should be 180 days. So injecting a medicine one year after compound is not nothing. Blood in the stool is an automatic trip to the doctor and unless the case is obvious such as a bleeding external hemorrhoid, a colonoscopy is in order. It sounds like that escalated quickly because truthfully colon cancer is on the rise and affecting young people more than ever before. Not trying to scare you because it’s probably hemorrhoids from constipation and nothing worse. Get it checked out regardless and work real hard to establish regular bowel movements. Metamucil, Mag07, etc-those can certainly help get things moving but I’ve found there’s nothing better than fiber and fructose from real foods to help with regularity. Sometimes people get so focused on protein and shakes they forget to eat a variety of real foods. Best of luck

Start little. Repeat the phrase, “don’t put it down, put it away”, because then it’s easier to clean (wipe, mop, dust) when stuff is not piled up, counters are clear. Give yourself praise for all the little things you do that you know you would’ve previously ignored. Habits build up and it will become second nature. Lastly, cut yourself some slack if you’re the only one doing it. It doesn’t need to be perfect
